Before the implementation of Questica 2000, General Conveyor Company Limited found that the effort and time to produce job estimates had been increasing steadily and yet the result was an even greater financial cost than anticipated. As a designer and builder of a wide assortment of standard and customized material handling equipment and packaging machinery, General Conveyor Company Limited needed an ERP system that decreased our time to finish projects as well as decrease the costs associated with the project.

Questica 2000 helped us manage a challenging multi million dollar job for conveying glass bottles in a glass manufacturing facility. With Questica 2000, we were easily able to order and track the thousands of components required in the project as well as produce the documentation for production to build it. Cost tracking was available online at all times which allowed us to manage the financials of the project. Questica 2000 was able to readily process change in all phases of the project and maintained process accuracy.
In addition to managing projects in real time, General Conveyor Company was able to cut back from two purchasing personnel with a third planned, to now one.
The implementation of Questica 2000 was flawless. We were operating the day after training. Questions from employees using the system dwindled to near zero after a couple of weeks and we had developed all of our supplementary reports and procedures within 2 to 3 months. Questica 2000 is simple to use and new staff is quickly brought up to speed in their area of concern.
