Support: Implementation
In order to ensure that Questica SE is effectively and efficiently installed with minimal disruption, Questica’s implementation
team follows this extensive implementation process.
Analysis & Strategic Plan
Led by a Questica Account Manager, a designated Project Team is formed within the organization to assess the existing company
processes, to assist in determining the best Implementation Plan, and to develop a structured timeline to execute the process.
Initial Testing
The Project Team will be thoroughly trained and begin testing the software using model company test data. This will provide
the team with an expert level of understanding of Questica SE and all of its features and functionality, to solidify the
Implementation Plan.
Complete Implementation
The Project Team will now begin the company-wide installation of the software. This includes data preparation and training all
employees in preparation for the "live launch" date. At the end of this process the company will be using the software "live"
either instantaneously or in phases, depending on the implementation process you choose.
Post-Launch Follow Up
Following 1 month of "live" use, the Questica team will conduct a post-launch meeting to ensure that any issues are addressed
and that all employees are comfortable using the software system.
